Le Concert is a comedy abut the head of the world famous Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra and Russia's most renowned conductor Andreï Filipov (Aleksei Guskov) being fired at the height of his career after he refused to remove Jewish musicians from his orchestra during Brezhnev's regime. Thirty years later he accidentally intercepts a fax and sees an opportunity to exact his revenge. He travels with his former musicians to Paris, posing as the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra.
