On Saturday 4 September, pop podium NIEUWE NOR and film house De Spiegel will present ‘Mirroring Music’, a unique dance event with spectacular live film projections by VJ Lucid Interval (Jan Paul van der Weerd) and dance music by such artists as DJ Legowelt, who combines such music as electro-disco with soulful house and jazzy technofunk released by such labels as Bunker and Crème Organization. He and the other DJs will guide this evening through a three-dimensional spatial canvas created by van der Weerd. The result is a hallucinogenic whole in which image, sound and environment seamlessly blend.
And so there will be no music in the Spiegeltent on the van Grunsvenplein, but there will be particularly danceable beats in the NIEUWE NOR.
