Laura Vane & The Vipertones

The answer to Amy Winehouse, Adele and Duffy: that is how the British-Dutch ensemble Laura Vane & The Vipertones has been described. A one-time collaboration a few years ago between British singer Laura Vane and Dutch producer Phil Martin quickly developed into a close-knit and funky musical collective with a string of professional gigs to its name. Laura stopped by in 2009 to record one or two songs and, happily, stayed. This summer, Vane and her Vipertones will release their second album entitled Sugar Fix.
