Slava’s SNOWSHOW

Words fail to describe the beauty, humour, drama, theatricality and unique magic of Slava's SNOWSHOW. It is theatre in one of its most beautiful and most impressive forms; it is hugely beautiful and at the same time simple, pure and real. They call Russian clown Slava Polunin “The World's Best Clown”. The Times called Snowshow “a theatre classic from the 20th century”. “Slava’s SNOWSHOW is to clowning what Cirque du Soleil is to circus”, wrote Variety. “Overwhelming, invigorating, terrifying, delightful. It brings us back to the lost Eden of our childhood”, wrote The Financial Times.

In 2003, we had the honour of hosting the Dutch première of the SNOWSHOW in Heerlen to mark the temporary closing of Theatre Heerlen. Now, in collaboration with Cultura Nova, Parkstad Limburg Theatres will once again offer SNOWSHOW exclusively in the Netherlands in celebration of Theatre Heerlen's 50^th anniversary. The theatre troupe is comprised of a group of clowns and performs with an ever-changing crew. Slava’s SNOWSHOW is suitable for children aged 8 and up. Created and staged by Slava.
