Bobel the mushroom dreams of becoming a head chef, but he has one problem: nobody wants to try anything from his stall! Because Bobel is a poisonous mushroom, everyone is afraid that his cakes are poisonous too. Still, he doesn’t give up and keeps coming to the market every day. Luckily, he gets help from Milo, another mushroom who’s at the market with his mum. He convinces the others that Bobel’s cakes are actually really tasty. After ‘Bobel’s Kitchen’, you’ll see some other lovely short films.
Together with Filmhuis de Spiegel, Cultura Nova is presenting five arthouse family films on the Festival Square. Bring along some treats and your own picnic blanket, or settle down in one of the deckchairs on the square. The films are free to watch and suitable for children of various ages.
